• All payments are due Sunday of each week.

• Service hours are provided from 6:00am to 6:00pm., Monday through Friday

•  Saturday and after hour services are by request.* A differential fee for transport services will apply after 5:30pm EST

• Closed on Sundays and State Holidays.
  
  
   

One way Trip: $15.00-$25.00 for rides up to 10miles

($2-$3 per additional mile beyond 10 miles)

Round Trip: $30.00-$35.00 for rides up to 20miles round trip

($2-$3 per additional mile beyond 20 miles)

One Way Weekly (Week days): $82.00 for rides up to  50miles weekly

($2-$3 per additional mile beyond 50 miles)

Round Trip Weekly (Week days): $125.00 for rides up to  100 miles weekly

($2-$3 per additional mile beyond 100 miles)


One Way after 6:00pm: $30.00

Round Trip after 6:00pm: $38.00

 

Time-Based Pricing  • $40- $60/hr (includes wait time and assistance if needed)                                                 

 

 

Youth Monthly Subscription:

• $320 monthly One way for 5 trips weekly,

• $405 monthly round trip for 10 trips weekly.

• Monday through Friday, 6:00am till 6:00pm

• Airport trips $75 each way

• Trip Cancellation Notice - If transportation is canceled,  the ride will be forfeited and no ride credits will be granted. Excessive cancellations will result in incidental fees or cancellation of the riding agreement.

• ​

• COVID-19: In the event of a student needing to be quarantined, the parent(s) must notify Guardian Wheels Transportation to suspend services until medical clearance has been provided.                                                                       *Special Notes:                                                                                          ​

• - A minimum of four days per week is required in order for Guardian Wheels to provide long-term transportation services.  All payments must be made by 6PM on Sunday of the week. Payments made after 6PM Sunday will be charge a late fee of $10.00.​

• -Subscriptions do not roll over to the next month.

•  

• - A 24-hour notice is required for any changes to transportation services.

• There are no refunds or credit.

•  

• - An additional $10.00 fee will be charged per trip for out-of-county students.
